Prop: New 2 blade composite prop to reduce barnicle adhesion, plus 3 blade brass prop as a spare.

Engine: Atomic 4 - 860 hrs since rebuild by Don Moyer. New water exhaust muffler system installed in 2010.  New water pump installed in 2010. New Mercury Spin On gas filter and fuel hoses installed 2012.  New ignition rotor and complete engine tune up completed in 2012.

Sails: CDI Roller Furling headsail with new UV protection panel.  Mainsail. Spinnaker and Yankee.  Head & Main sails cleaned and refurbished by SailCare in 2010 and are in great condition! New jib sheets in 2011.

Canvas: New Dodger, Bimini, (including all new stainless steel frames) and Connector Panel canvas installed by Annapolis Yacht Canvas in 2012.

Berths: Potential of 6.  Two in King sized V-Berth; Two in Double in Salon; One in Salon starboard berth (with solid lee board), 0ne in port quarter berth (with it's own new Lewmar port for added ventilation).

8 Barient winches: 5 in cockpit, 3 on mast.

Standing Rigging: Replaced 6 years ago and is in excellent shape.

Hull was taken down and 5 coats of Interlux 2000E applied, then Micron.

VHF with mast mounted antenna.

Tiller auto pilot.

Raytheon wind, depth instruments, with cockpit nav repeater.
AM/FM radio and CD player.

Custom vinyl cockpit cushions (4) new in 2011.

Head: All New freshwater Sealand VacuFlush toilet with Raritan Purasan USCG approved Type 1 Marine Sanitation Device waste treatment system, which gives you the option of discharching USCG approved treated waste overboard without having to hold & transport it onboard.  However, there's a new holding tank and pump out motor if you decide to hold and transport your treated waste to another location or pump out facility.   There is built in redundancy for various disposal/holding options, but the bottom line is that this is a cruising boat that is a fresh smelling vessel, no matter how long you're out there cruising!

Electrical improvement highlights: All wiring replaced by certified marine electriction in 2010.  Two new 31volt AGM batteries, battery switch, battery monitor, new electric bilge pump and bilge pump monitor.  New Shore Power recepticle, wiring, inverter, and shore-power cable.  New 120 volt recepticle outlets (2) installed. New over-head lights in salon. 

New headliner installed in 2011.

All external teak & most internal teak completely refinished in 2011-12, - and it looks great!

New Bow Roller installed in 2011 which makes hauling anchor much easier!!  Also keeps the deck much cleaner!

Many extras included: e.g. Storm anchor and rode (Fortress FX 23 - never used);  Lifesling Man Overboard Recovery System; new jib sheets; multiple fenders; brass barometer & marine clock in salon; new Garboard drain in bilge...and much more!
